NC30 front brake lever wont move
As above.
Last time I rode the bike the pads slowly seized onto the disks, and I had to bleed them slightly to get them off, and bike going again. Almost as if there was too much fluid in the system. After leaving it parked up for a few months, the brake lever has almost no movement in it, yet if I bleed the system a bit the movement comes back. When riding, the pads dont feel like they are dragging on the discs.
Any suggestions? The previous owner has fitted braided lines, if that helps?

Either you have the wrong brake lever on or your master cylinder is broken and constantly keeps building up pressure to the caliper.

Good thinking!
It has horrible pretend plastic carbon levers that are certainly not original. Time to get some proper ones :D
