just serviced my carbs wow what a big difrance in peformance. was like a sand pit in ther :/ any way i need some float bowl gaskets as i have a bit for a fuel leek. who ever did it befor silliconed them and just arnt keeping a tight seal now. if any one has got some i would be very grateful.

Google Hylomar Blue, its a petrol resistant gasket goo it should work fine

Works a treat, just use it really sparingly, you dont want to put it on like toothpaste and end up clogging a jet!

I bought some from david silvers recently...had to buy the gasket set as they dont sell those seals individually. Costs around £17 a set and if your changing all 4, will cost a bit!

I took the carbs of today and used some Hylomar Blue on the float bowl gaskets and it's done the trick :) no more leeks for me well not at te mo lol.
