Refitting Carbs/Airbox questions
Hi All,
I've been called in to help my future brother in law rebuild his FZR400 3TJ.
He wisely decided to take the thing apart with no idea on how everything went back together. He's now asked for my help.
I've managed to get to the point where I am looking to refit the carbs and airbox. I just wanted to clarify the identity of a few hoses I have which need connecting up. Any help identifying them would be appreciated.

I do have a FZR400SP manual on here but the quality of the pictures is really poor.
Many thanks
Aidan

Re: Refitting Carbs/Airbox questions

The two pipes on each side of the carbs are just breather pipes an don't go anywhere. I can't really tell from your other picture but one might be the tank to fuel pump, and another is fuel pump to carbs but they should be red. The fuel tank itself has a breather which goes down there someplace and there's the airbox drain .... it's been a while since I had the tank off.

the three pipes are (as far as i can see) all breathers, A goes to the airbox, and down the back by the swing arm their is a bigger breather that connects to the engine from the airbox but doesn't go through that bracket, the other ( not sure which if it fits it's that one) goes to the tank breather (underside of tank) and down by the swing arm the last doesn't go anywhere on mine

as EC said they don't go anywhere just tuck em up neet
and by the way EC those carbs of yours are about the cleanest I've ever seen
