Sorting out the basics... NEW PROJECT!!
so i picked up a non runner nc23. after a bit of arsing about it runs.
All genuine Panels, but all in white.
Brakes seized solid, downpipes are fecked, corrosion all over, annodised parts galore!

under the all the "years of crap" cleaned off the chain and sprockets they are pretttttty clean!

so the question...
what are the best upgrades for cost...
Exhaust? Suspension? etc

I know that Wozza, but what i mean, is what to go for.
Its a shopping list for the bike that may happen when money allows.
I know that Rick O does VFr kits for £80 and a re-valved rs250 shock is about £150.
But i know feck all about the CBR. everyone sings the praises of GF but not many people the £££
i dont wanna spend £250 on a shock ATM, jesus the bike didn't even cost that!
