What the hell is it??
This might sound like a silly question but if you look at the right hand side of an nc30 there is some filter-like thing hanging behind the pillion right footrest hanger... i notice it in every picture i see of them but mine doesnt appear to have it! Can anyone enlighten me as to what it is?
Cheers, Matt

Re: What the hell is it??
If you are talking about a cylinder looking thing it is the accumluator for the later model rear shock.
From that your NC30 is an early model and does not have damping adjustment on the front forks (small flat blade screw adjustment in the centre of the preload adjusters on top of the front forks) or has an aftemarket rear shock wjich does not have an external accumulator.
The accumlaotr helps prevent cavitation in the rear shock making the damping a bit more positive.
