Clicking noise from coil??
Hi guys, ive got a bit of a concern with my 29. i start her up fine, idles fine and revs fine. Concern is i can hear an intermittant click sound from what sounds like the L/H coil? it only clicks every now and then but its doing my head in! has anyone had anything similar?

Re: Clicking noise from coil??
yup. its called your fuel pump!
it clicks when it needs to feed ur carbs with fuel. it sits near/just under the coils.

no it doesnt...it sits underneath your carbs...in fact its closer to the seat than it is the coils, and mine doesnt click.leopard_pagan wrote:yup. its called your fuel pump!
