Saprk plug question....
I changed my spark plugs the other day, made a big difference to how the bike was when I bought it, however.....The haynes manual states the NGK plug should be CR8EH-9 or CR9EH9.
The dealer (albeit a car shop stocking bike plugs) told me the above doesn't exist and offered me CRE8 plugs which are working a treat. Are they the same plugs or am I likely to suffer a detrimental effect, burning to hot etc etc?

Re: Saprk plug question....
The CRE8 NGK plug will be fine... and work for most conditions.. if you track or race the bike, the I would go for 9 rating plug.. CR9EK being the best IMO.. The number is the heat rating, the higher the number the cooler the plug, i.e. the hotter the engine can run before the plug goes off. Col
