Black washer behind fairing bolts

Post by graham72 »

Just put my rear bodywork back on my NC and have managed to lose one of the black washers that go behind the bolts, Doh!
Has anyone got a spare one to give away, sell? Will cover postage costs, ta!

Its the black anodised (i think) washers that go behind the countersunk allen head bolts that hold the seat unit on.

Lol nope, I definitely have an NC30!
When you take the seat unit off an NC there are 6 bolts that hold it on, usually the washers stay on the bodywork, unless they fall off like my one did!

I have had 3 NC30 bikes and all of them have fairing screws with the washer machined as part of the bolt.

None have had separate washers

Graham, that definately isnt a standard part, ive checked my totally standard bike too.I think it looks like an aftermarket bolt set. is the washer metal or nylon? if its nylon ive seen then before.

Ok now I'm getting confuzzled!
Can someone take a pic of what they have on their bike?
Will try and take better pics of mine later, it's a type 7.
I just presumed that they were standard bolts, with black washers
