JHA kevlar bolt-on can on standard NC35 system (it has the JMCA legal tag, noise should be limited to max.97dB) I will take better pics when the rains stops and the sky has cleared..

Re: The Exhaust Thread
55 quid(!) Chinese carbon fibre cbr250 muffler for my budget road bike build:

Stainless internals/end caps, cf quality is good (join in the 2nd pic not visible in daylight), decent build quality but not quite up there with reputable brands.
It took quite a few mods to get it to fit the std rvf system, though decent pipe for a very low price (also came with the muffler strap and all fittings). Not sure how it will last, only time will tell.

Re: The Exhaust Thread
Just to let Gavin & anyone else interested, that there's been a re-post of an old ad on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 500wt_1072
I believe that there was a mention about his bike being the one in the photo?
And the same mis-conception about Jap4performance's Tyga systems being korean, for some reason.
Make of things what you will.

Re: The Exhaust Thread
Now then.
No9 is about to get another new system. The first full system I've had for no9 after various Yamamoto, Ethos, Yam twin stack and an unknown half system.
I don't know the make of this one either but it came off an NC so it is definitely not an HRC RC45 system like the last one.....

Anyoine got a clue as to who makes it? It is fully sprung, full system, has externally butted tubing and is quite heavy for an aftermarket system. Can is a basic carbon fibre number...

The front pipes are definately Mercury! They are identical to mine, but im unsure about the rear pipes as Mercury use the stubby manifold, unless they made a full, full system too?? And my full Mercury is heavy too, i can get some pics if you need them.
