Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
Hi Tony,
Lovely spec list, Just wondered about the standard airbox, without snorkle, but with the wind deflector, the reasoning behind it?
Also what CDI program are you running, HRC map?

Cheers fella, The setup was ricks suggestion, i'll go with it and tweek it as need be. The man knows his onions so thats good enough for me.
As for the CDI map it is programed for the ram air setup, how different that is to the HRC map i dont know as i havent compared them yet, Ive got all the HRC variations so its trial and error.

Haha, yeah i know he isnt a man to question!! Just found it interestng about the no snorkle with deflector combo.
If you need a disc and lead to re-program the CDI i have one you can use.
Your spec list it far more advanced than mine engine wise, but similar in exhausts, gixxer mod and ive gone for 124' dynojets, RO road needles standard full airbox and twin sp exhausts. Reckon mine will be running quite rich!

Or mines going to be running lean
I think a trip to the dyno will be money well spent in my case

Just 2 questions Tony!
Is the Vauxhall Combo van yours and if so can you fit an NC30/35 in it?
Has the seat in the pics been retrimmed in alcantara? If so do you know who did it and for how much?

Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
Yes the combo's mine and yes the NC fits, just! I removed the caged bulkhead and the front wheel sits slightly between the front seats, couple of tie downs and she's rock solid. It was harder fitting a cagiva mito in there!
I re-trimed the seat myself in alcantara, brought enough for about 3 seats on ebay. Its not a perfect job as the shaped of the rear part is quite hard to do, you need a bloody good staple gun tho. Im going to try it again but with one of them electric nail guns instead. I think it cost about £40 to have then done professionally, ally had his done by smartarse's i think and that looks pukka.
