Aftermarket Risers for NC29

Post by NC_Girl »

Hi all,

I am on the hunt for a set of aftermarket risers/clip-ons which will raise up my position on the bike. We found some, but they also put my hands further forward which was no good since I'm a shortie.

Does anyone have risers on their CBR?? I'm in the states, but know I will probably find a solution overseas.

Thanks for the help!

Those are beautiful, too...but it does look like they will make the clipons slightly farther forward (toward the front of the bike) meaning that my little stumpy arms won't be able to reach. It seems that is one of the hardest issues to overcome...moving the clipons up but not forward. Hrmmmmmmm

NC30 bars might be a good starting point they may need a little bit of modification to the locating lug's (maybe not) but they have a slight rise to them so they sit flush (ish) with the top yoke rather than underneath it like on the CBR and you can remove the bars as standard so if your still struggling with reaching them you can fit some longer bars and angle them a bit further in

That's an interesting set up to say the least. I think we might have found some, but if they don't work out I will look into the NC30 as an option...thanks for the help!!!
