That was me. I don't think you'll find one very easily (if at all).

No problem lads.
Just to confirm on the shims:
They will be as per the drawing attached (provided by Malc) plus 16 washers cut from the same material.

The washers are for the gear case and the rocker cover.
I’ve requested 0.5mm material but this is sometimes off by a tiny amount.
I’ll check with a micrometer and let you know but please check this yourself and mill to suit.
So far that’s 11 sets. I’ll plan on running off 20 sets for now.

To pre-empt question on the geny mounting kit I’ve asked for details from Mike as to just what you get. CMS seems to be rather pleased with his.
I’ll post for orders once I’ve got those details through.

This week has been rather crazy for me, just got back from Japan and am all jet-lagged and spaced out. I will start posting some answers here when I get the chance. I am glad y'all are enjoying the info.

Would anyone be interested in a Porting 101 video? I have been thinking of putting something like that together and offering it for a small price (priceless info for you guys).

I can definitely confirm how good the GSXR generator conversion is. I bought the mounting plate from G-Force (very nicely made I might add!) and the GSXR parts from eBay US for my NC30. The motor certainly picks up revs quicker, makes the bike feel livelier.

If there is another batch of adapter plates being made I'll definitely purchase another one, just bought a non-running NC35 that'll be my next project towards the end of the year.

Jet-lag sucks mate. The 48 hour none stop from NZ to UK or back leaves me brainless for days (my wife would say permanently).
Coincidentally I've got another web page open with you're website up (Gen 5.2). A damned good read it is too.

A porting "how to" would be great. One for me please!
And that's 2 gen plates now.
As you'll have read above Mike, a slight delay on the shims with contaminated material. The new stuff is on the way though.

Fairings back from the plastic welder today. $400! I think my $600 budget for paint might be light. Brooky is working on the gold for decals and it looks like I'll have to import the RC30 style seat unit. Where did I put that lottery ticket?

I have the genny / flywheel on my NC24, can confirm it's a great mod, the engine feels so much more 'free' than previously.

I made my own mounting plate as they seem to be hard to get.

using a product called 'lumiweld' (think aluminum brazing rods) attached some metal spigots i turned down out of alu onto the inside of the genny casing, saved drilling holes in it, looks 100% stock :-)

I usually have spares of everything, but just got rid of my last one of these.

I have Cam but (at the risk of being stoned to death for blasphemy) I don't like them.
I don't want a pillion seat but I want it looking pretty standard in body shape too. There's a place (justfairings) in NZ that makes a race seat for the NC30 but they are a bit rough (which is fine for a race seat) and $300.
RO does an RC30 style seat that's cheaper at around 100 quid but I need to find out what it'll cost to ship such a big item.
I'll make a fancy sub-frame at work but no rush.

Would you mind doing me two sets of shims also please? As Mike has suggested 0.5 off the heads is good, I may as well give it a go with the spare heads I have, and a spare set for my racing buddy will no doubt get used too.
