best fork seals nc30?

just been checking prices which range from 6-15 squid, RPM and Bikebits do a replacement for about a tenner, anybody got advise about getting them out and putting them back, would be appreciated, many thanks.

I would go for genuine Honda ones over the 'cheaper' ones. Don't forget the dust seals too. I think either RickOliver or Graeme France on here could probably supply a set.
Haynes manual is ok for the fork strip down instructions, that's what I used previously and did it alright. :up:

100% OEM Honda seals

Pulling a NC30 fork apart isnt hard took me about an hour to rebuild my forks on my NC30, changed springs at the same time was worth it, find a few youtube vids as most standard forks (I.E NOT USD) are more or less the same and use that as a guide. Just be careful not to damage the new seals when you replace them..

Just found this should help you get started this guide is for a SV but im sure you could fill in the gaps..

much thanks for the info guys, david silver and rick oliver both quoted £36 delivered OEM fork seal and dust seal kits. cheers.
