
First impression is good, everything seems to be working, although i've only used the first three gears so fingers crossed the others are in there!
Still have to resolve the tacho dance (working through solutions on a separate thread - and before you ask i have tried all of the usual fixes

Below 3k rpm she's a bit rough, but as its a track only bike i'm not too bothered about that. Clears up nicely when you wind it up and throttle response is good above 3-4k. Might look into some dyno time at a later stage.
I've gone for 14/47 gearing as a starting point, time on the track will tell how good this is. I do have a 15 & 16 front and a 41 & 43 rear so i can experiment is needs be.
First outing on track will be Rockingham International on the 9th August which i'm almost ready for, just need to sort the tacho issue out.
I'd like to thank EVERYONE for all the help and advice over the last few months - its been an emotional rollercoaster ride but i've come out the other side with a grin
