Don't know where you'll get another nut from but you'll need a 36mm socket for it. If you take off the hub and file all the teeth back to sqaure, is as good as you're going to get or need. Most bikes will have some damage having butchered by screw drivers over the last 18 years. It's fairly soft aluminium so to file it square is fairly easy.
How hard can it be?

Hi Damien, honestly to file the teeth square is easy. Sorry, yes to get the wheel off is 36mm and the nut on the opposite side is 46mm. Got both sizes if you need a borrow. Or drop your swing arm off here and we'll strip it down.
How hard can it be?
