Re: Another RVF thread!
Collection of decals, wheel decals, and exhaust badge from various sources. Seat material, trick preload adjusters, new keys since I only had one (local Honda dealer said they didn't have that size key blank and couldn't order them either, parts guy laughed and said the key looked like a Honda scooter key! I said "Hey! I know it's only a 400 but it's no scooter!"
) and the supplier even cut them for me before shipping based on the key code. And here are a few preview pics from a guy I know who is making some carbon bits for the RVF.

The heatshield looks great Jeff
nice clean design. It might be the camera angle but the finish on the other parts doesn't look as uniform, are they laquered over and were they expensive?

Yeah, on the infill panels there are a few minor imperfections in the clear, probably because he made them thin so they would be flexible enough to fit and flex with the body panels. But on the heat shield the gloss is much thicker and deeper because it's a bigger part and is near flawless. Not too expensive as they are sorta prototypes at the moment. He does good work and he'll get them right so he can sell them to others. Still waiting on a chain guard and small left heat shield for the stock exhaust instead of the thick wire one.Carlos wrote:The heatshield looks great Jeffnice clean design.
