Suspension settings

Hi, im re building my forks this weekend with ricks fork kit, i remember there maybe was a website with suspension settings, or can someone suggest something?

I weigh 9-10 stone and want a set up for fast road/ track riding. Any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers

yeah go get a specialist to get it set up for you.......lol!!!!
i think its trial and error,try different settings and go out and see how you get on and always keep a note of the original settings just so you know where to start from. :D :D
please,god,....give me the chance to prove that winning the lottery won't spoil me!!!

Hi

Its not that hard to do the bassic settings yourself, the nc30/35s don't have all the adjustments but they do have good design and can be set up to handle pretty well.

There is a pretty good step by step guide here;
