where do you get your bulbs and what do you use?

Post by royster81 »

i'm not talking headlight bulbs but indicator bulbs.

on my cbr i have 4 12v10w bulbs and they flash fast.
on my vfr's a have 4 12v15w bulbs and they are fine.

a mate has 12v23w bulbs and they are fine too but for the life of me i can't find anything other than 12v10w bulbs in the shops.

so who uses what and were did you get them.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

I use LED bulbs from http://www.superbrightleds.com. You can even get relays from them to slow the flash.

David Silvers and Lings will both sell all the bulbs you need.

I've never had trouble finding what I need though, even Halfords stocks most bulbs.

Theres always ebay and online.

Check the Parts Microfiche for the exact specs of the bulbs :)

Some of the clock bulbs are a little uncommon but there not hard to get
