A cheapish set for anyone looking for some. Badly listed, they haven't sold twice now:

Yep, hard sh!t to grind as you'd be well aware superlite!

hrc nc30 v-stacks don't get much cheaper than that. That's only the 6th complete set I've seen for sale (world wide) in the last 5+ years.

True that. But the art of grinding the carb bracket is in the finesse required to remove what you need to neatly and maintain the integrity (and strength) of the cast bracket. I reckon they nicked the side of the bracket when removing the ribs, and though f#$k it, I'm going for broke! The thing is though, the edges of the bracket obstruct the grinding, but they've cut them off and have still done a crappy job!

Hell, I would have paid double that for 3 HRC stacks at one stage to quell my HRC fever! What on earth would I have done with 3

Over trying to get NC30 carbies to run right with anything other than a standard airbox inlet tract, I have a set of NC35 carbies to play with when i get tinkering again.

Very nice work Jon. Is there any flex in the carbs with that much material removed? Just thinking that they could go out of sync?
