Half right :)
I got an advisory, the headers were blowing, did I put the pipes on right ??? Oh well I'll have a look later.
The fuelling is awful, way to rich. It pops and bangs a lot and there's no idle to speak of but hopefully some dyno time can sort that out.

Re: hybrid rebuild starts again!! NOW FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hi tim, where ya been? thanks for the kind words, after all you are kinda responsable for it running at all!!.Well i used it in anger for the first time today apart from a couple of shakedowns and im very happy with it.it feels like a different bike the motor spins up really hard and has great midrange for a 600.id reccomend a set of 3ohm dynacoils for any hybrid builders as theyve made a hell of a difference in throttle pickup and response as the motor apart from the r6 headers is exactly the same as it was pre rebuild and it flies-much quicker than before.it feels like a 250 it turns so quick but is still very stable when hard on the gas over bumpy roads.i thought i may have set it up a lttle extreme with an 8mm spacer on top of the shock mount and the forks pushed 10mm through the yokes but its fine.it was definately worth all the aggro and gnashing of teeth though ive lost a little more hair than i would have liked!!.

You can get them on e-bay or from USA ebay. Most tunning shops or websites have them too.
You want the Green 3 ohm type with the twin HT output. They can get a bit hot so make sure they have a good contact with the frame so they can use it as a heatsink. It's best to get some new HT leads at the same time because the Dyna's have different connection to the original ones
