Chassis Number

Post by shadow »

Could someone tell me going by the chassis number whether my mates bike is a K or L model. The reason for this info is that the fork oil amount is different for K and L. Chassis number is NC30 1001627. I have read a post on this a couple of months ago, but I can,t find it now. Thanks. :rocks:

K model forks don't have the brass damping screw in them....

You could have the L model forks on a K model bike so the best method is to make sure you have the non damping adjustable forks - K model.
