Race engine not start. Is it possible due to standard CDI?

Race engine not start. Is it possible due to standard CDI?

Just like to check - I have changed to race engine done by RLRMotors. It was absolute total loss - so, I have to add starter and flywheel, because bike run both road and racing. It is possible that due to different timing and using stock CDI engine not start ?
