paint? zinc coat? zinc coat then paint, satin? gloss? mmm choices choices.
Wonder if the thin zinc coating will be ok on the manifold? Read somewhere that zinc melts at 420degreesC, that PJ1 paint is good upto 500, I wonder how hot the manifold actually gets.

i would get a industrial chrome on it,no polishing,would cost you about 20 quid.

I thought that bit was stainless like the rest of it!!! lol. Anyway if its not, wat about getting it ceramic coated inside and out, supposed to help with power as well. Dunno how much it costs tho.
