Found out it's 15oz or 443ml. I got these - 320502587485 for my friend. Turns out that the dust seal has been replaced with another oil seal & glued in :x The reason for this i found out after struggling to remove the glued in oil seal was that the retaining clip is missing :x http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll35 ... Found a 16mm bolt that has a 24mm spanner size head & welded it onto a piece of pipe. Only to discover it's too small! Looks like i need a nut to fit 5/8 thread. 28mm spanner size ;)

To change the oil seals. Couldn't find a nut or bolt with head size 28mm but have a 30mm so i'm gonna grind down the flats till it fits;) Update it fits, pulled them apart & it should be 30mm or m20 ;)

Standard RR forks are sprung quite soft, so people were leaving less air gap or slightly heavier oil to bring them back to a more acceptable level (ha level geditt !!!).

Sadly I can't remember what that is

I've put 470ml of 10w oil in there & there's an air gap of 150mm with no spring & spacer, slider at the bottom how's that sound :?: The spring length is 470mm & the spacer is 65mm
