Looking back through - you drummed up quite a bit of interest, but still did not name a date, there is mention of April.

It is worth going back through and putting up a consolidated post with a date + a second date incase it is wee'ing down, some said they would not attend if MotoGP were on telly.

Also, do a bit of a check to make sure your not going to the Air Base during a show day or anything like that. I joined a group of owners from the VFR Forums on a ride-out to RAF Cosford and the RAF Museum, only to arrive and find they were having a Model Aircraft show and it was £15 Entry. Seeing as we had gone all that way, and some of the models were pretty insane, we decided to cough up and had an brilliant day, but it was still an unexpected cost none the less!

Unfortunately, i am now joining the RAF, well, Wednesday i start Phase 1, so i will not be able to attend many ride-outs for some time. the fact ive now sold my VFR kinda backs this up too. LOL

:plus: I could be up for a run over to Cosford and say hello to a few peeps

Nailing a date down seems to be the problem here, 09 May works for me but this was your thread Danzio so go on, name the day and let people plan around it.

P.S. Once you have set a date i can ring Cosford through work and check that it does not clash with anything else there

That is not the worst idea you've ever had my good man.

I may even have my bloody bikes working for that! If anyone wanted to hook up from Sheffield or similar (bikey et al?) we can take a better and more exhilerating route down than the A38!!
