Interestingly I'm looking into this as well.

If there were a few of us maybe we could try and get some form of discount, then we could all be exhaust buddies!

for the tooling for the tight bend radius for the pipe size required its over £10k i had mine done by neil at T&R contact neil and see how you get on. I've lost his number. It was on the old forum but i havent looked to see if its still there

The tooling we have available is for 0.9mm wall and can be 2" or 4" centre line radius. I can just get the bends that allow you to build by cutting and welding or was looking to get the haeders done in one but i cannot afford to get 5 or say 10 sets done as im broke!!!! Stupid expensive motorcycles.

next time i go back up to parents i'll speak to a few guys i know. who is intersted in stainless std headers for the 76a and who is intereted in some stripes specials that are not gonna be cheap but will be the mutts nuts? need an idea of numbers as he wont make them without interest

its just an idea of interest in principal and numbers not a definitive yes or no. As i need something to discuss with him thats all :)

Well, having found out that the baffles in my standard exhaust are shot, I'll definitely have one of these, but it depends on cost. Are duff baffles something which will write off the whole system? I'd quite like to keep it as at the moment the bike is completely standard and I'd like to be able to return it that way should the need arise.

if your baffles have gone in the std one then you are looking at a minimum of can and link pipe if your going aftermarket

Ok just got off the phone with them and the road system should be available for sale by the end of the summer.
Just got to find someone now who is prepared to do the race system. :pray:
