rvf400 nc35 suspension questions

Hi does anyone know what the standard suspension settings are for the nc35 and if possible what the settings are recommended for approximately 12 stone rider, thanks in advance.

if your stuck with the standard fork springs and shock, they are well worn and standard settings wont be much use to you. best updating them and figuring the settings that is best for you if you want the best out of it. sorry, i dont know the standard settings :oops:
