James, if you mean the SP1 styled set-up (1 can each side) then I can measure up some dimensions of the TSR tity system sometime. May not be anywhere soon as my agenda is bit too full the coming weeks (and also, it is still freakin' cold overhere....brrrr).
But if you had in mind to get an single can set-up to make it in titanium, the Ethos full system and also the Tyga full system may be an option to go for and get those dimensions. Personally I had an Ethos full system on my ex-NC30, and it is a lovely piece of kit! Sold it to member on this forum, so have no dimensions for you of this full system.
By the way....TSR also produced an tity half system with single can output (I know someone overhere that has this set-up on his NC35 and have seen it in the flesh! It weights also next to nothing).
Titanium NC exhaust systems?

Re: Titanium NC exhaust systems?
As promised (and for those who wants to know what it looks like...
) here are the measurements that I took earlier this evening of the TSR tity half system:
Output on righthandside TSR tity link pipe to slip-on end can (inner diameter):

Same linkpipe as above, but now the input from standard front headers to TSR righthandside output tity link pipe (inner diameter):

Left and righthandside output to end can are similar, measured outer diameter:

Last TSR y-piece coming from the tity rear 2 cylinders pipes (both made from titanium), going to lefthandside output to end can:

Will post the pictures I made in "The Exhaust section".
Weight list of Rallykay will be updated soon with the weight details of TSR system (I need to find suitable weightscale first)

Have contacts now to do this, it may take a week as it is custom made (but not very cheap to do
)
