Making new HT leads

Has anyone made thier own HT leads? I see in the hein gericke catalouge they have NGK ignition wire & plug caps, is anything else required? and are there any 'how to' threads or instructions available?

Someone did make there own on here, tap ht leads into the search box and have a trawl through the archives
