well you are using photobucket so its easy.
first of all click on the photo and go to the resize option, bring it down to 640 X 320

then click on the shortcut that has [IMG]www.photobucket/asda/sadf.jpg[\IMG] before it and bob is your mother's Aunties brother in law of a first cousin

what! you lost me!,

were is the 're-size option' on the 400gb page or the photo bucket page?, then what you type that link in the web site adresses bar?

cheers simmo, ok can we have a step by step guide as i still cant do it,

on the photobucket page i cick the image (then i goes to full size, what next) how do i re-size it? then what link to i copy into the forum bit?

on the photo bucket page go to edit then resize then get the img code at the bottom of page or by the side (cant remember ) click it to copy then paste it in here

hope this sounds ok

IT WORKED!!!!!

now getting back to the bike... iv de-stickered the front mudguard and repainted the brake res bracket, next I think il remove the top yoke and respray it, does the front end need to be on padock stands or will it be ok just emoveing the yoke while its on the ground

you should be ok to just take it off, i have before with no problems.
