Exhaust Collars

Post by hksooie1 »

Just had the bike MOT'D and got an advisory on the collars rusting away. Ok for the pass this time, but needs new collars. Anyone know where I can get my hands on some new stainless collars to have welded on?

I just had some more collars welded on by a friend. We just got some correct sized pipe (will find out dimensions later) and attached it. Then cut it to down and put some slots down the side.

Thanks for the offer, but it's just the collars needed. The rest of the system is fine, just rusting away in the usual place where the headers join the rest of the system. New stainless collars welded in place will do the trick nicely
