NC30 headstock tube internal diameter

Post by banoffee »

Am thinking of getting a headstock stand. Can't seem to get my vernier calipers in without taking the fairing off, so to save me the job does anyone know the size or could measure it please?

Looks like 29mm ish??

The stand spigot for my NC35 is 22.75, for the NC30 27.88mm.

The best way to measure the stem ID is to slip a good fit socket up the stem, then measure it's OD, but clean any corrosion from the inside of the stem first.
