xenon headlights
Please can someone
help i recently bought a set of xenon headlight bulbs for my VFR 400R NC30 however they do not fit the bulbs i was sent i slightly bigger than my originals they are the H4-501 55W bulbs! Does anyone know if these should fit or have i got the wrong ones?

if you want to fit H4 bulbs to a jap-import NC30 you need to fit a relay and then adapt the bulbs to fit.

Yes. H4R is what the NC35 takes as well.
I have fitted a pair of no bullshit HID xenon lights to my NC30. They are bi-xenon with hi/lo and ballasts and ignitors.
I had to use H4 bulbs and modify the headlights to accept them. I also had to shorten the reflector assembly on the bulb itself to get it to fit inside the headlight.
They are bright as hell, and if I had to do it over again, I would have gone with a whiter light (I believe mine are somewhere around 6500K) and would also go all out and figure out a way to install projectors.

Do the adapter rings work for the nc30? because it doesent say they are for the nc30 on the ebay link? thanks
