End Can + Jets
Hi all just bought a RIOSSI end can it is straight through with quite a big bore on it,my carbs are fitted with 115/118 main jets with standard air box and standard down pipes,do i need to up the main jet sizes if so to what sizes my bike is a 1992 vfr jap import and i live in the U K,i did read dateracers guide but he is in australia and i the U K does it make any differance, thanks

don't forget everything in Oz is upside down !!!
the engine/carb should be the same I think, just lights, clocks and the like may differ

But Big Cheese has a Jap import the same as all the VFRs in Oz. So, if you're referring to elevation in the UK vs Oz (i.e. amount of oxygen available), the difference isn't big enough to warrant different jet sizes between hemispheres. In other words Data Racer's guide applies to your bike in the UK too. Unless you live in the alps...........
