Not a stupid German at all,I have seen your bike.Are you west or east? No I asked because my flatslides are 32mm.when fully open allmost clear.Injector bodies have butterfly in so larger size to compensate?

No venturi effect needed, aim for a bit more in a throttle body size than in a carb (i.e. if you were to go 30mm carb go 34mm throttle body)
Also you may find this useful (or at least interesting), its a 2-stroke so rather different but same principles apply.
