NC30 rear suspension
Does anyone know what the difference would be between early NC rear suspension would be against the later type, in terms of performance? Assuming both were in similar condition and been recently refreshed.
Been offered an early one for my later spec bike. Was planning on sorting mine out anyway, but it would mean I could sort this early one out and fit it straight to my bike and not be without my bike.

How hard can it be?

Hello.
the earlier rear shock has less adjustment than the later shock & the late shock has a remote res.
im sure a rebuilt early or late shock will provide vast improvement over a worn item.

Yep I'd seen that. Was thinking if I got this early shock sorted I could swap it for my later shock that is about had it, I wouldn't be without my bike.
Just wondereed what the handling differences were. I know it has less adjustment and wouldn't have the remote reservoir, but what else?

Re: NC30 rear suspension
When the early shock gets hot it looses all rebound damping, I fund that it happened after 45min of normal riding so not something that really is going to boost confidence
