That is stunning, chief! Page 9, first picture post, last but one pic - I have never seen an undertray where you can actually see the colour of the paint before... remarkable...

I would only change 3 things:
1- the nut-sack protector on the tank is the ugliest one I've ever seen.
2- The HRC sticker must go, even if it brings you to 68bhp form 58bhp.
3-... Boy, that is NOT a standard exhaust! Where's the slide plate? There aren't even mounts for one.

Other than that, this is the best restoration I have ever seen bar none.

How much did the blasting and powdercoating cost you overall in the end? There would be a fair few takers on here if you did that comercially.

I know its not a standard exhaust, its a scorpion can. As for the HRC decals, you cant go wrong with a bit of HRC!

We are in the process of pricing up an industrial blast cabinet , so will perhaps in the not too distant future be offering a bead/grit blasting service to anyone who wants to send / deliver bike parts to be blasted.

There 59PS / 43KW which is 58bhp.

:)

Last night i found in amongst the paperwork i got with the bike a dyno print out from RLR motorsport!! 58 bhp at the back wheel, so i guess its standard inside, but still nice to know .
Ditch the stickers :D Your bike will thank you for it ;)
