well.. absolutely no idea ... never seen such before
i'll post more pics to have an answer !!

all i can say : it looks like kinda rs 250 but ain't... was designed for an underseat exhaust (there was a big hole in the rear part !)

If it had a big hole right smack in the centre of the tail unit, where you would expect the whole thing to reach a 'point', it MIGHT be a late model TZ250. The last of the Yamaha GP machines had one pipe under the seat.

From memory.
