I got my nc30 crank&big end bearings from honda. Most were fine but one or two slightly scored.. They werent that cheap tho, just make sure you get the right sizes, as per the stamped letters on the crankcase&crankshaft

blimey, time flew,,, anyway ' still no luck with finding shells, so any help would be appreciated. lol again ! cheers.

If anyone knows the cost of specialist or standard recoating, coatings , then this migh be a usefull ploy, regard to the 8 crank shells halves.

Oooh pricey.

Well, you obviously need the right ones.

Conrod Shells.. 3 different sizes listed

13224-ml0-003 (a)
13225-ml0-003 (b)
13226-ml0-003 (c)

You need 4 of those.. there £8.25 each plus vat, special ordered from DSS.

Crank shaft bearings:

These are different for the NC21 and NC24.. i'm guesing it's NC24

13323-ml0-721 (a)
13324-ml0-721 (b)
13325-ml0-721 (c)

Again you need 4 of those.. £6.24 each + vat, special ordered from DSS.

If you need to work out what shells you need it's detailed in the parts book what sizes are for what.. you'll need some plastigauge to measure it but i'll copy you the info (or better yet take a pic of the page for you :0)
