nc23 fork oil
right im puttin new fork oil seals on my nc23 tomoz
so was wondering if anyone knows how much oil i need to put back in?

i leave a 110mm air gap in mine and i use 15w oil as im 14stone works very well . i always buy x2 500 ml bottles but only just use a little out the second one so i think i use about 260ml in each fork . hope this helps
