Fork Seals
right im looking for a copy of a haynes manual so i can do my fork seals but cant find one.has anyone got a haynes manual or a guide to change the fork seals on a gk76a?

Hi Morris,
They are pritty simple to do.
You want to crack off the big top cap with the forks still in the yokes and then after dropping the legs out you take these out under a little pressure ( as the spring can fire out), if they only got pre load you can then take the spings straight/spacers out and then undo the allen head thats up inside at the bottom of the forks, remove the dust seal and circlip and the forks will pull apart. If its got comp and rebound, after undoing the top cap's you have to undo the damper rod (its locked under the top cap with a nut) and then follow the other steps.

still stuck, i have no idea how muc oil to put in or how to ajust my forks to how they were.
could really do with a haynes manual if anybodies got one.

No Haynes and only got gk73a info after my PC lost all the gk76a stuff, D'oh!
