front yoke stand

hi everyone and a happy new year,

im looking for a stand to hold up my bike my the top yoke but im unsure of whats best to use im on a tight budget so there are limits just wondered what everyones thoughts were?

Last time I used a ratchet strap and a bit of 4x2 resting between two upstairs windowsills ;)
