problem when cold
Hi, I have a 1995 cb 4, and when I first start up it doesn't want to rev more then 6000 revs. After around 5 mins of driving it seems to clear up nd the bike can rev to 11000 with no problems at all.
Any idea wht it can be? Some one told me it could be a fouled plug but the engine doesn't misfire at all, just doesn't rev.
