They were twister to on e side by about 30 degrees.
Guy bought 2 NC30's from Japan and both had these on, really trick, Ohlins forks the lot, he sold the second set to a guy in USA for £1500 I am led to belive!! Very simlar to your pic but have milled alloy bellmouths.
