What wheels can I use as a direct replacement for the standard ones? NC29? others?....any advice please just want ones that look a bit more modern than the three spoke that are fitted.

The 29 front will go straight on, but a lot of 29 guys use the 23 front as its lighter. Not sure about the rear. Hope thats of some help.

Ok maybe I should have said not as ugly! rather than modern...I like the ones fitted to the nc29....Don't suppose Aprillia rs125 wheels fit do they? I think I've got an old pair in my workshop somewhere....and before anyone says try them I've not got the bike yet as I can't pick it up until later in week now.

I don't think they're ugly!
Don't forget RS125 wheels will mean rubbish tyre sizes.

NC29 wheels will fit, Front goes straight in, The rear you will need the whole assembly (sprocket carrier, disc and spacers) you will need to file a small casting mark of the back of the NC23 caliper bracket takes literally 2mins.
BTW, the RS125 has a smaller front 3inch (Honda's 3.5) and the rear is the wrong way round as the chain is on the right hand side so would look a bit weird.

Thanks for that...best bet would be for me to bang the aprillia wheels on flebay and buy some nc29 ones with the proceeds...as for being ugly I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder
