Nc29 clutch question

Post by Goulime » Tue Mar 11, 2014 1:44 pm

Hi all,
i've rebuilt my cbr clutch last sunday, and i found a very strange issue when i finished it....
i thought that evrything is ok but, the lifter seems not pushing the clutch.... i cannot test cause my carbs are at the workshop...
is it a normal thing ? maybe i have too much press springs???

any advice ?
thanks
Guillaume

No one can help?
When we look at this schema, http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cbr400rrl-nc ... ml#results
It's like n°14 never touch n°21

Thanks

Thanks for your reply, i've found my issues...
Last plate has a bigger inner diameter.... and my new clutch cable was too long....

everything is ok now!
