NC30 pre-load adjuster

Hi Guys,
Does any 1 know what the standard setting is for the pre-load to be set at on the front forks? what i mean is, if I was to turn the pre-load adjuster all the way in, how many turns out would I have to turn to have i at the standard setting

It depends how heavy you are.

As a rough start you would want to adjust it so you have about 25-30mm fork depression when you get on the bike.

Thanks for your reply, is there no "basic" setting for this the pre-load adjuster?
I was hoping some 1 to tell me to turn the adjuster all the way in and turn it 2 turns out or something like that lol

As stickshift has said, about an inch of static sag. If it was the same for all they wouldnt come with adjustment. :lol: a 5 minute job.

Im 100kg, and I had to increase the preload spacers (as they were full hard (clockwise ) previously), and drop the forks through the triple clamps a bit (10mm for me) to get things feeling better. Big thing is make a small adjustment, then try it. Repeat this till its all feeling good.
