Hi would anyone have the dimensions for Stainless steel collars for the standard system I need to make some for my standard system and a standard cut system the collars on my standard system have just rusted clean off so would know what size to make the SS ones to.

Hi, i made the ones on mine about an inch long, cant remeber the id of the pipe tho. They dont need to be an exact length aslong as the front pipes sit in nicely that'll do.

Do a search im sure you will find it.
I cant remember exactly off hand but if you make them 1.0mm or so smaller than stock you dont need to use the gaskets, clamps or put a compression split in it lke the orignal collars.
this is the way most aftermarket makes went for this joint (i put pics of that too.)

If you need to know the id for the collars just measure the front pipes od.....

You need 1 1/2" tube 1.5 wall thickness i think i make them 35-38 long.
