nc30 rear spring removal

Post by nc30chris » Mon Apr 08, 2013 2:02 pm

quick question as i dont have my haynes manual to hand, in the process of cleaning my rear shock, and ideally i want to remove the spring to be able to get at the shock body properly, shocks off the bike, i just wondered if i need to compress the spring to remove and re install it?
thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure you need a spring compressor of some description to get the stock NC30 spring off.

As above you'll need to get your hands on a spring compressor.
