Anyone got any tips on how to remove this? I cant get it off!
Its the bolt that goes right the way through! Its like an allen key in centre with 2 raised flat sides next to it!
Would be much appreciated!

You need to undo the castlelated nut on the O/S - RHS first buddy. read the haynes it explains what you have to do.

Yeh iv undone the normal nut on LHS and the castleated nut on RHS but then there is the centre bit with the Allen key in centre?

maybe this image maybe able to help how the mount is positioned etc

it really isnt a difficult job, you just need support under the engine, and take the presure of the mount/bolt.
as for the cable to emailed me about, contact rick oliver, or just re crimp the cables after choping the plug off the alternator.
